The Story: 15-year-old kid tortures his pet hamster to death. He apparently put it into the freezer, the drier and the washer. The animal finally died when it drowned in the washer.
My 2 Cents: This won't be the last time we'll see this kid's name in the papers. He'll be making news when he kills his GF/fiance/wife/whatever in 10 years. He was probably a bed-wetter and fire-starter in his early childhood.
Poor little sick-o. Hopefully the law will force him to get some therapy...but I don't think that will stop it completely.
And yes, to all of you people who are thinking "it's just a fricking HAMSTER," I know this...but next year it might just be a cat, dog, small child...... *Yikes!*
People just get scarier and scarier. And I don't even like rodents.
